Thread turning service for pipes and machining, manufacturing drilling equipment

The turning, cutting and processing equipment workshop is one of the largest workshops in Apro Mechanical workshop and is equipped with modern machines such as CNC Lathe Machine, Cybertech Turning Center, Heavy-duty Multi-task Mill Turn Center,… Apro is capable of processing simple to complex parts that require high precision, large parts, repair or machining. Threading works require pipes up to 20” diameter, flanges, adapters up to 1,100mm diameter.

The team of inspectors has obtained level I, II & III certificates in MPI, ET, UT, DPI… and has many years of experience working on drilling rigs, marine works as well as at bases, approved by international organizations. international standards such as ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, API, MSPEC and TWI certification, Apro is capable of providing various non-destructive testing services such as MPI, ET, UT, DPI,… according to international standards such as API 7 , DS-1, NS-1, NS-2.
